QUALIFICATION

• Candidates should have completed Graduate Degree, B.Ed, BA, M.Ed, BE/B.Tech, B.Sc, B.H.Ed, C.P.Ed / D.P.Ed / B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed.

AGE LIMIT

The candidates should have attained the following age limit to be eligible for the posts. Check the age limit on the given tabular column. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules. The relaxed age limit is also given below.

PAY SCALE

• Candidates appointed for the OSSC Teacher Posts will receive a monthly salary as per the Government Rules.

HOW TO APPLY

• Candidates can apply online by visiting the official OSSC website www.ossc.gov.in.
• On the home page Click ->Apply Online.
• Candidates should register using a valid email-id and mobile number.
• Registration No. and Password will be generated. Note down the registration no. and password.
• Log in and fill out the online form with all the relevant correct details.
• Upload all the required documents.
• Read the instructions carefully and proceed with the payment.
• Submit the Application.
• Take a printout of the finally submitted application.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

The Applicants must possess the following documents for the purpose of verification:

• Passport sized Photograph of the Candidate.
• Signature of the Candidate.
• Candidate’s signature’s specimen.
• Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID Card, or any other Government Identity Document of the Applicant.
• High School Certificate or equivalent level education document from a recognised board of education.
• Certificate or Marksheet for the Senior Secondary School from a recognised board of education.
• Pass Certificate and Marksheet for Graduation and Post Graduation of the Candidate from a recognised college or university.
• Passing Certificate and necessary documents regarding Odisha Staff Selection Teachers Eligibility Test OSSTET.
• Caste or Category Certificate of the Candidate if they are seeking reservation.
• Photocopy of the permanent disability certificate, if the candidate is eligible for the respective quota.
• For the Sports quota, the Candidate also needs Sports Card issued by a competent authority.
• In the case of Ex-Servicemen, the candidates need to submit the issued Discharge Certificate.
• If the candidate is already employed in a Government service, they need to submit a No Objection Certificate NOC.
