OPSC Has released The Notification For Insurance Medical Officer. Which Has :

• Vacancies : 93
• Qualification : Degree, MBBS
• Age limit : 21 to 38 years
• Pay Scale : Rs.56,100/- 
• Last Date : 17^th February 2023
• Location : Odisha

VACANCIES

QUALIFICATION

• Candidates must have possessed an MBBS or equivalent Degree from a Medical College or Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
• Candidates must have a valid registration certificate under the Odisha Medical Registration Act, 1965
• Candidates must have possessed required Conversion Certificates recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) in case of candidates having Degrees from Universities of Foreign Countries.

AGE LIMIT

Check the age limit for the Statistical Officer post given in the below table. The table contains the maximum and minimum age details. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1984 and not later than 1st January 2001.

AGE RELAXATION

Age relaxation is applicable to the following categories. Check category-wise age relaxation below.

• SC / ST / SEBC / Ex-Serviceman / Women – 05 years
• PwD – 10 years
• PwD (SC / ST / SEBC) – 15 Years

PAY SCALE

In case of selection and joining in the service, the Specialists would be getting a monthly incentive of Rs. 30,000/- for Super Specialization, Rs. 20,000/- for Post-Graduation and Rs. 10,000/- for P.G. Diploma qualifications recognized by the Government of Odisha.

APPLICATION FEES

The application fee is exempted for all Candidates.

SELECTION PROCESS

• The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts of Medical Officers will be made on the basis of a Written Test.
• The written examination shall comprise of one paper of 200 marks.
• The duration of the examination shall be 3 hours.
• There is no negative marking

Candidates can apply online through the OPSC official website. Follow the below steps and apply online.

• Visit the OPSC official site www.opsc.gov.in
• Click on Apply Online->Registered User/New User.
• New users, register using their active email id and mobile number.
• Login details will be sent to the email id or mobile number.
• After registering, apply using the registration number and password.
• Registered users may directly log in and apply.
• Fill in all the details asked in the application form correctly.
• Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of the required documents.
• Click Submit.
• Print the Application.
• Submit the application and document copies to OPSC.
