- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject
- Master’s Degree
- B.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institute
- B.E./ B.Tech./ BCA./ B.Sc. in Computer Science OR, B’ Level of DOEACC/ NIELIT in Computer Science
- OAVS Vacancy 2023 is meant for candidates having a minimum experience of 2 years to 10 years of experience in the relevant fields
