NHM UP Has released The Notification For Community Health Officers Posts. Which Has :

VACANCIES

QUALIFICATION

• Candidates who have successfully completed a B.Sc. (Nursing) with the integrated CCHN OR Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) CCHN from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University from the academic year 2020 onwards shall eligible to apply.
• Candidates must be registered as Nurses & Midwives in UP Nurses & Midwives Council and have a valid Registration certificate.
• In case a registration certificate is not available, a candidate has to annex a copy of the registration slip duly self-attested with the application form.

AGE LIMIT

The candidate’s age limit should be Less than 35 years of age as of the date of 21st October 2022, and the reservation policy is applicable as per U.P. State Government rules.

PAY SCALE

The successful candidate shall be appointed as Community Health Officer on a contractual basis at sub-center level HWCs and paid Rs.20,500/- per month honoraria plus up to Rs.15,000/- per month Performance-based incentive (PBI) at the time of posting at SC-HWC in the allocated district as a CHO subject to guidelines issued by GoI.

• Now that you’ve entered your name, birth date, address, state, phone number, and e-mail address, it’s time to provide further information.
• Candidates are now required to fill out their educational and work experience information thoroughly.
• Both sessions or one session can be applied for. You can also select a preferred location for employment.
• Now, submit your most recent photograph, signature image, high school certificate (10th mark sheet), registration certificate of the Uttar Pradesh State Nursing Council, and other relevant documents to your online profile.

• To complete the application process, click “Confirm & Submit ApplicationT at the bottom of the page.
• Keep a record of your Registration number for future use.
• Make a copy of the completed application form for your records.
