| Junior Research Fellow | i. Relevant disciplines:Â Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Artificial Intelligence/Data Science/ Maths & Computing or related fields. ii. The candidate desirably should have M.Tech/ M.E./ M.S degree in the above mentioned relevant disciplines with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks. iii. For candidates having only B. Tech./ BE or M.Sc. as the last qualifying degree in relevant disciplines with a minimum CPI of 8.0 or 75% of marks with valid GATE rank and first class in 10th and 12th class is required for eligibility. Candidates with B.Tech. from IITs and IISc with 7.0 CPI and valid GATE rank and first class in 10th and 12th will be eligible. |
