QUALIFICATION
- Candidates should have completed Graduate Degree in any discipline.
AGE LIMIT
Candidates applying for the post must satisfy the following age limit to be eligible for the posts. The age limit of the candidate is as follows. The candidate must have been born not earlier than May 2, 1998 and not later than May 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive).

PAY SCALE
Candidates selected for the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) Executive post will get a salary as scheduled by the Government. The other allowances will be applicable as per the rules. The salary details are given below.

EXAM PATTERN
The Online written test exam pattern for Executive Post is given below. The test will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi. Negative Marks: 0.25 of the marks will be deducted as a penalty for wrong answers.

HOW TO APPLY
- Candidates can apply online by visiting the official site of IDBI www.idbi.com.
- Click on Careers / Current Openings ->“Recruitment of Executives on Contract”.
- Then click on the option “APPLY ONLINE”.
- To register, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration”.
- New users must register themselves using their active email id and mobile number.
- Registration Number and Password will be generated.
- Candidates should note down the Registration Number and Password.
- Log in and fill in the application form carefully.
- Verify the same before submission.
- Candidates must also upload a scanned copy of their photograph, and signature in the prescribed format.
- Click SUBMIT.
- Pay the application fee through online mode only.
- Print the application form for future reference.
