Haryana Agro Industries Corporation Limited (HAICL), a Public Sector undertaking (PSU) under Govt. of Haryana is looking for highly motivated and result oriented individuals for the below mentioned posts to steer the new venture and successful implementation of network of retail chain stores – HAR-HITH. Essential experience of at least 3 years in category/purchase section of reputed brands or essential commodities i.e. Spices, Pulses, Flour mixes, Rice, Sugar etc. Category wise procurement experience, preparation of item master, product master and knowledge of ERP is must. |
| 3) | Manager Marketing (sales) | 6-10 years’ experience of having worked as Marketing Head/Manager in reputed organizations handling marketing of FMCG products similar to Har-Hith Project. |
| 4) | Junior Manager Marketing (Sales) | 3-5 years’ experience of having worked in reputed organization handling IT enabled sales of leading FMCG brands similar to Har-Hith Project. |
| 5) | Company Secretary cum-SAO | 6-10 years of experience in financial management and experience in Company Secretary having worked at senior level positions in Government organizations or large recognized private organizations. |
| 6) | Chartered Accountant-cum-Senior Account Officer | Minimum 6 years of Experience. Experience of having worked at managerial level in FMCG Sector similar to Har-Hith Project will be preferred. Experience of ERP is must. |
| 7) | Information Technology Advisor | 3-5 years of Experience in design and development of I.T Systems and having worked at senior level positions in Government Organizations or large Corporations. Experience of ERP, POS & WMS in minimum two projects is must. |
| 8) | Manager Operation (IT) | 6-10 years of experience of having worked at IT head/ Project head in design and development of I.T Systems in Government Organizations or large Organization. Experience in the field of ERP/CRM/POS/WMS in FMCG’s Sector similar to Har-Hith Project is must. |
