Physical Test Standards
For Male: 5000 meters run, The race should be completed in maximum 25 minutes.
For Female: 1600 meters run, The race should be completed in a maximum of 9 minutes 30 seconds.
For Ex-Servicemen: 2400 meters run, The race should be completed in a maximum of 12 minutes 30 seconds.
