DRDO Recruitment 2020 for New Vacancies
DRDO has released 12 new vacancies for the posts of Research Associate and Junior Research Fellow (JRF). Hence, Applications are invited from bright, young talents for 10 positions of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and 2 Research Associates (RA) to work in challenging area of research of national importance.
Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) is pursuing research in the areas of advance semiconductor materials and devices. Some of the research areas include development of compounds semiconductors (bulk crystal and epilayer structure), MEMS, MMICs, laser diodes, IR sensors, Nano-technology etc.
The laboratory is equipped with state of art materials preparation, characterization, device fabrication and circuit design facilities. All the Candidates should note that:
