HOW TO APPLY

Application duly filled in all respect should reach the office of the Project Director, DRDA, Dhenkanal, At- Mahisapat, PO/Dist- Dhenkanal, Odisha, Pin- 759001 through Registered/Speed Post only on or before 12.03.2021 by 05.30 PM. Any other mode of submission of application shall not be accepted. Application received after latter date & time will be summarily rejected.

Document Required:

  1. Copy of HSC Certificate & Mark Sheet in support of Age/ Date of Birth.
  2. Copy of 10+2/ Equivalent Certificate & Mark Sheet.
  3. Copy of Computer qualification certificate i.e “O” level or the equivalent/ higher level certificate as per the PR & DW Department Govt. of Odisha letter No.3449/ PR & DW date 16.02.2019, No. 10839/ PR & DW, Date 29.06.2019, No. 203/ PR & DW date 04.01.2020 & No. 1018/PR Date 13.01.2020 be referred.
  4. Copy of valid residential certificate issued from the Tahasildar concerned for service purpose.
  5. Copy of Identity proof like EPIC/ AADHAR/ PAN/ Driving License.
  6. Two Nos. of passport photo with the name of the applicant in the back side to be attached with the application.
  7. Co of valid caste certificate issued from the competent authority.

Sealed cover envelope containing the filled in application form in prescribed format along with all documents (self-attested) shall be super scribed “Application for the post of Multi Purpose Assistant (Gram Rozagar Sevak)”
