DLSA Dima Hasao Recruitment 2021 for new Vacancies

DLSA Dima Hasao released total 18 new vacancies for the Para Legal Volunteers. Applications are invited from the local residence of Dima Hasao District in the prescribed standard form of application as published in the Assam Gazette in part-IX along with two passport size photographs with relevant testimonials attested by self for selection of eighteen (18) numbers of Para Legal Volunteers, who are willing to serve as Para Legal Volunteer at Dima Hasao District under District Legal Services Authority, Dima Hasao.

All the interested candidates should note that :

• Qualification Required is 10th
• Age limit not be less than 18 years
• Pay Scale Of as per the rules and norms
• Last Date To Apply is 21^st August, 2021
• Location : Dima Hasao, Assam

VACANCIES

GENERAL INFORMATION

1) The applicant must be a citizen Of India.

2) The applicants should be literate, preferably matriculate with a capacity for over all comprehension and should have mindset to assist the needy in society coupled with compassion, empathy and concerned for the upliftment Of marginalized and weaker section of the society.

3) Preferably the PLVs shall be selected, who do not look up to the income they derive from their services as PLVs, but they should have a mind set up to assist the needy in the society.

4) The work of PLVs does not carry’ any salary remuneration or wages except honorarium fixed by District Legal Services Authority, Dima Hasao, from time to time as per rules.

5) Application must reach in the Office of District Legal Services Authority, Dima Hasao, on or before 21/08/2021 up to 04:30 P.M from the date of publication Of this advertisement. The authority will not be responsible for any postal delay. No application will be entertain after the last date fixed, The applicants should submit their contact number in their application for further required communication.

6) In complete applications will be rejected without assigning any reasons.

7) The decision of the selection committee in shortlisting the number of candidates for interview and selection of PLVs shall be final.

8) List Of short titled eligible candidates will be notified in the official notice board as well as uploaded in the official website of www.dimahasaojudiciary.gov.in .

9) Teachers including retired teachers, retired government servants and senior citizens, MSW students, anganwadi workers, Doctors/physicians, students and law students (till they enroll as lawyers), members of nonpolitical, service oriented NGOs and clubs, members Of women groups and self- help groups and educated prisoner with good behavior serving long term sentences in prison are also eligible to apply.

10) PLVs who are already working under the DI_SA, Dima Hasao need not apply.

11) No T.A, D.A will be provided for appearing in the interview.
