- Fill HQ Eastern Command Notification and Application form.
- Fill in all the particulars without any mistakes.
- Attach All Relevant Documents.
- Submit your application to the below mentioned address
- Postal address – HQ Bengal Sub Area, 246 AJC Bose Road, Alipore, Kolkata- 700027“ by ordinary Post
- Note:Â 02 x self-addressed envelopes with Rs 45/- stamped.
- Candidates will enclose a Self Addressed Envelope, affixing Postal Stamps of Rs. 45/- along with the application required for dispatch of Acknowledgement / Admit Card.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.
- Educational and professional qualification certificates.
- Birth certificate (Educational Certificate).
- Caste Certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
- Copy of Experience Certificate, if Any.
- Copy of Aadhar Card/ Any other ID card.
- Copy of Employment Exchange Registration Card, if held.
- Two self addressed envelopes affixed with stamp for registered post to be enclosed along with application form.
- Two passport size photographs with name and father’s name written on reverse.
- Attach other necessary documents with the application form.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS
- The envelope must be clearly super-scribed on the top as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ____ CATEGORY______“
- Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
- No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
- Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
- Unit/ Estt will not be responsible for any postal delay or failure.
