QUALIFICATION
- The candidate must possess a Degree from a recognized university incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or an equivalent qualification as determined by the Government.
- Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in speaking Assamese or any other official language or associate official languages of the State or any of the tribal languages of the State.
- Furthermore, the candidate should be registered in a District Employment Office of Assam and must be an original inhabitant of Assam.
- It is mandatory for candidates to possess the prescribed qualification mentioned above on the date of submitting their applications.

PAY SCALE
The candidates who are selected for various positions as mentioned in the APSC CCE Notification 2023 will receive a :
minimum pay scale of PB-3, ranging from Rs.22,000/- to 97,000/- with a Grade Pay of Rs.9,100/-, and
maximum pay scale of PB-4, ranging from Rs.30,000/- to 7,10,000/- with a Grade Pay of Rs.13,300/-.

SELECTION PROCESS
The Combined Competitive Examination consists of two stages:-
- The Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
- The Main Examination (Written & Interview)
Candidates who have successfully completed the 1st stage i.e., the Preliminary Examination are only eligible for the 2nd stage i.e., Main Examination (Written & Interview).

- Click ->Online Recruitment Portal ->Apply online link.
- Complete the One Time Registration (OTR) in the Recruitment Portal.
- After the registration, candidates will receive an application I.D. to the registered email id or phone number.
- Login using Application I.D. / Register Number and Password.
- Fill in the online application form with the correct details.
- Upload all the required documents in the prescribed format.
- Read the payment instructions carefully and complete the payment online.
- Take a printout of the application for future reference.
