For SC/ ST/ BC/ PBDs & Ex-Service Men/ Families having household supply white card issued by Civil Supplies Dept/ Un-employed youth: Rs. 250/- (Application Fee Only)
In case of corrections Rs.100/- per correction will be charged

For the Post of Prohibition & Excise Sub-Inspector: 18-30 Years
For the Post of Sub-Registrar Grade-II: 20-42 Years
For all other Posts: 18-42 Years
Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.
Physical Standards
Physical Requirements for the Post Code: 07
FOR MEN:
i) Must not be less than 165 Cms in height.
ii) Must not be less than 81 Cms round the Chest on full expiration with a minimumexpansion of 5 Cms.
Provided that in the case of candidates belonging to STs where they required quota cannot be fully utilized for want of sufficient candidates possessing the requisite height, it may be relaxed by 5 Cms so that it shall not be less than 160 Cms.
Provided further that members of the Andhra Pradesh Ministerial Service working in the Prohibition & Excise Department, Drivers and Attenders shall possess a minimum height of 163 Cms, if they are otherwise qualified
FOR WOMEN:
i) Must not be less than 152.5 Cms in height.
ii) Must not be less than 45.5 Kgs in weight.
VISION STANDARDS:
i) Right Eye: Near Vision: 0.5 (Snellen) Distant: 6/6
ii) Left Eye: Near Vision: 0.5 (Snellen) Distant: 6/6
