• Qualification : 10+2, ITI, Diploma, Degree
• Pay Scale : Rs.14,610 – 16,530/-
• Age Limit : 28 years
• Interview Date : 16^th and 20^th January 2023
• Location : Amritsar

VACANCIES

Air India Air Transport Services Limited invites applications for the above posts. Check the post-wise vacancy details and total vacancy details in the below table.

QUALIFICATION

1. Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver:

• Candidates should have passed SSLC / 10th Standard.
• Must have Original Valid HMV Driving License.

2. Customer Service Executive:

• Candidates should have completed Graduate Degree Under 10+2+3 pattern

3. Handyman:

• SSLC / 10th Standard Pass.
• Must be able to read and understand the English Language.
• Knowledge of Local and Hindi Languages, i.e. Ability to understand and speak is desirable.

4. Ramp Service Executive:

• Diploma (3 years) or ITI  and Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License.

AGE LIMIT

Candidates can check the upper age limit in the below table. Candidates must have attained the age limit to be eligible for the post.

AGE RELAXATION

Age relaxation is applicable for the following posts Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver, Customer Service Executive and Handyman.

• OBC – 31 Years
• SC / ST – 33 years

PAY SCALE

The selected candidates will receive a fixed remuneration per month. Check the salary details below.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection will be based on the following stages. Each post has different selection criteria. Check the selection process for each post below.

Customer Service Executive:

1. Personal Interview

Utility Agent cum Ramp driver / Ramp Service Agent:

1. Trade Test (Trade Knowledge and Driving test including Driving Test of HMV).
2. Interview

Handyman:

1. Physical Endurance Test
2. Screening / Interview
