QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

(i) B.Sc. Biological Science.
(ii) DMRSC/BMRSSC (1 year certificate/Diploma Course)
(iii) 3 years experience in the job in a multi specialty hospital for 1 year certificate/diploma course.
(iv) 2 years experience in the job in a multi specialty hospital for 2 years certificate/diploma course.


Desirable: Knowledge in computer operation.

OR

(i) BMRC (3 year degree course from a recognized University)
(ii) 4 years experience in the job in a multi specialty hospital.


Desirable: Knowledge in computer operation.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  1. Age Certificate
  2. Certificate of qualification, experience etc.
  3. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC should submit valid Caste Certificate (for SC/ST candidates)
  4. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for OBC candidates) issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of a Tahsildhar
