QUALIFICATION
1. Legal:
- Candidates should be completed Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute.
AGE LIMIT
A candidate must not have exceeded the given age limit as on 31 May 2023 i.e., the candidate must have been born on or after July 01, 1993. Candidates can check the age limit in the below table.

EXAM PATTERN
Candidates can now check the online exam pattern for phase I and phase II exams.
Phase I On-Line Examination:
Phase I online examination consists of two papers (Paper I & Paper II). The question paper will be of multiple choice questions. All question papers will be set bilingually in Hindi and English.
Phase II On-Line Examination:
- Question papers will be set bilingually in Hindi and English.
- There shall be a negative marking for Paper 2 in Phase II.

Candidates should apply online by visiting the official SEBI Website. Follow the given steps and apply accordingly.
- Visit SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
- Online registration starts from 22/06/2023 to 09/07/2023.
- Candidates should have a valid email-id and mobile number.
- Open the link “Careers” ->Recruitment Notification entitled “SEBI RECRUITMENT EXERCISE – RECRUITMENT OF OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER) 2023 – Legal” and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE”.
- To register, click “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION”.
- Enter the details and complete the registration.
- Registration Number and Password will be generated to the registered email id or mobile number.
- Log in and fill the online form with all the relevant correct details.
- Upload a recent passport size color picture, Scanned signature, Scanned left thumb.
- Upload the declaration in English clearly on a white paper.
- Pay the application fees.
- Submit the application.
