QUALIFICATION
Digital Banking & Emerging Payment (DB & EP)
1. Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D / Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C
- BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Tech / BE in relevant disciplines and M.Sc (IT) / MCA / M.Tech / M.E in relevant disciplines or
- BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Tech / BE in relevant disciplines and MBA (Finance / Marketing / IT / Digital Banking).
- Minimum 10 years of working experience.
2. Manager (Grade B)
- BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Tech / BE in relevant disciplines and MBA (Finance / Marketing / IT / Digital Banking).
- Minimum 4 years of working experience.
3. Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C
- BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Tech / BE in relevant disciplines and M.Sc (IT) / MCA / M.Tech / M.E in relevant disciplines or
- BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Tech / BE in relevant disciplines and MBA (Finance / Marketing / IT / Digital Banking).
- Minimum 7 years of working experience.
IT & MIS:
1. Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D
- Data Analytics: Any Graduate Degree with M.A Statistics / M.Sc Statistics / Data Science.
- Other Functional Area: B.Tech / BE or MCA / M.Tech / M.E or Any Graduate Degree with DOEACC B level certification.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience.
2. Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C
- Data Analytics: Any Graduate Degree with M.Sc Statistics / Data Science.
- Other Functional Area: B.Tech / BE or MCA / M.Tech / M.E or Any Graduate Degree with DOEACC B level certification.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience.
3. Manager (Grade B)
- Data Analytics: Any Graduate Degree with M.Sc Statistics / Data Science.

AGE LIMIT
Candidates applying for the post must satisfy the following age limit to be eligible for the posts. The age limit of the candidate is as follows.

PAY SCALE
Candidates selected for the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) Specialist Cadre Officer post will get a salary as scheduled by the Government. The other allowances will be applicable as per rules. The salary details are given below.
