QUALIFICATION

| 1) | Laboratory Technicians | i) Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board / Institute OR its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty/ AICTE, with knowledge in Computer, MS Office, internet is required. ii) Must have efficiency in computers including MS Office and Internet. iii) Should be permanent resident of West Bengal. |
HOW TO APPLY
1) The eligible candidates are requested to submit their application in a sealed envelope addressed to “Chief Municipal Health Officer/ Secretary, Kolkata City NUHM Society”, CMO Bldg, 5, S.N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata – 700013. The sealed envelope should be submitted in the drop box in front of Room No. 254 at the 2 nd floor of CMO Bldg.
2) The date and time of submission of application :- (excluding holidays) : from 29.11.2021 to 04.12.2021, during the Time period 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and 11:00 am 2:00 pm (Saturday). No application will received by post/courier. No application will be received in the drop box after 04.12.2021.
3) After scrutiny, list of the eligible candidates will be uploaded in our website and venue & date of Computer Test will also be published in that list.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
a) Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete Application forms are liable to be cancelled.
b) The Essential Qualifications mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same dose not entitles the candidate to claim selection. All the essential qualifications must be completed on the date of submission of application.
c) Candidates must submit photocopies (self-attested) of documents along with original filled up application form duly signed by candidates as mentioned below.
d) Mark sheets & pass certificates of the essential academic qualification i.e. Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board / Institute or its equivalent Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty/ AICTE.
i. Age Proof Certificate (Madhyamil< or equivalent examination certificate)
ii. Computer Course Certificate
iii. Caste Certificate
iv. Identity card with Photo & proof of Address (Passport/Voter ID/Aadhaar Card)
e) No rounding off of marks will be granted. Proportionate marking up to 2 decimal points will be considered.
f) The decision of the competent authority regarding the engagement will be final.
g) The Kolkata City NUHM Society reserves the right to change/ modify any/all of the above conditions.
